House Rules

To ensure a safe, legal, and comfortable stay, please take a moment to read and respect the following rules.

General Rules

• Only registered guests:

  All staying guests must be registered with the Tourist Board upon arrival. No unregistered visitors are allowed without prior written approval.

• Occupancy limits:

  Villa Five K accommodates up to 12 people, including children and infants. Exceeding this limit is not permitted.

• Pets:

  Allowed only with prior approval. Not allowed in the pool or left alone on the property. Guests are responsible for any damage.

• Smoking:

  Strictly prohibited indoors. Allowed in outdoor areas only.

• Parties and events:

  Not permitted. No gatherings beyond the registered guest group.

Check-in, Check-out & Deposit

• Security deposit:

  €500 cash, refundable at check-out if there's no damage or major rule violation.

• Check-in:

  From 16:00. Let us know if arriving after 20:00.

• Check-out:

  By 10:00, to allow cleaning and prep for next guests.

Other Information

• Furniture:

  Don't move furniture between rooms without permission. Avoid using indoor furniture when wet or in swimwear.

• Security:

  Driveway and parking are monitored by security cameras.

• Linen & towels:

  Provided and changed weekly.

• Utilities:

  Price includes all utilities, tourist tax, and final cleaning.
